This woman owned business relocated to Eagan, Minn. in 1989, opening a beloved retail boutique featuring amazing Balloon creations and fun party supplies. In 2007, as retail trended to online, we closed our brick & mortar store and continued delivering wonderful Balloon arrangements & decorating for events metro wide, large & small scale. Every order receives the same thought, care & attention to detail, whether it is one arrangement for a child’s Birthday or a banquet room filled with Balloons.
